Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the Service. By registering, you represent that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete, and that your use of the Service is lawful in your jurisdiction.

2. Your Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or suspected security breach.
• One account per person; accounts are personal and may not be transferred or shared.

3. Financial Verification

Access to certain features, including withdrawals, requires successful completion of our verification process. By submitting a verification, you agree that:

• All details you provide must match your official records exactly.
• Account ownership must be clearly identifiable through the account holder's name and account information on submitted documents.
• Documentation must be current, legible, and complete.
• Any falsified, altered, incomplete, or unclear documents may lead to application denial and account restrictions.

Verification submissions are reviewed by our team, typically within 1–3 business days. We may approve or decline a submission at our discretion and will communicate the outcome, including the reason for a decline where applicable. You may resubmit corrected information after a decline.

4. Withdrawals

• Withdrawals are available only after your financial verification has been approved.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to review and may be approved, declined, or returned. Declined or returned withdrawals are refunded to your account balance.
• You are solely responsible for providing a correct destination address or account. Transfers sent to an address you provided incorrectly may be irreversible.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Provide false, misleading, forged, or altered information or documents.
• Use the Service for money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or any unlawful activity.
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

Violation of this section may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account and, where appropriate, referral to law enforcement.

6. Digital Asset Risk

Digital asset values are volatile and may fluctuate significantly. Displayed valuations (such as BTC/USD rates) are indicative, sourced from third-party market data, and may differ from the rate applied at the time a transaction is processed. You acknowledge that you use the Service at your own risk.

7. Service Availability

We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service, temporarily or permanently, with or without notice, including for maintenance, security, or regulatory reasons.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Enlow and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or digital assets, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amounts you have paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service and its users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including limitations of liability) will survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
