Am I eligible to make a claim?
If you lost money through an online scam, a fake investment platform, a romance or impersonation scam, an unauthorized transaction, or a merchant who never delivered, you can file a claim. There is no minimum amount, though outcomes are strongest when the loss is documented and reasonably recent.
Does it cost anything to file?
No. Filing and the initial case assessment are completely free, and we never ask for upfront payment. We work on a no win, no fee basis — a fee is only ever charged against funds actually returned to you, at a rate agreed in writing beforehand. Anyone who demands payment before recovering anything is showing you a red flag.
How long does the process take?
Financial verification usually completes within 1–3 business days. Case review and restitution depend on where the money went: straightforward cases involving domestic banks can resolve in a few weeks, while cross-border cases involving several institutions can take longer. Your portal shows the live status at every stage.
Why do I need to verify my account?
Restitution can only be released to the verified victim. Account checks protect you: they prevent someone else from claiming your funds and are required by the financial institutions we work with. Your documents are stored encrypted and are never shared beyond what the case requires.
What documents will I need?
A recent bank statement for the account where you wish to receive funds, plus whatever records document your loss — transfer confirmations, receipts, or correspondence with the fraudster. Don't worry if you're missing something: your case specialist will tell you exactly what's needed and what can be substituted.
What happens if my documents are declined?
You'll see the exact reason on your verification page — for example a blurry photo or an outdated statement — and you can upload replacements immediately. A declined document never closes your claim; it just pauses the review until the corrected file arrives.
How do I receive my money?
Once your claim is approved, the recovered balance appears in your dashboard and you can request disbursement. Every payout passes a final human review before release, and the full history — dates, amounts, references — stays visible in your account.
I was already scammed by a "recovery agent". How is this different?
Recovery fraud is real, and it follows a pattern: upfront fees, guaranteed results, pressure to act fast, and communication only through chat apps. We do the opposite — no upfront fees, no guarantees we can't stand behind, a written agreement, a named specialist, and a portal where every step of your case is documented and visible.
