The Process
From first report to funds returned
Every claim follows the same clear, documented path. You always know which stage your case is in, what happens next, and what — if anything — we need from you.
Step 1 — Make your claim
Create your secure account and describe what happened: the type of fraud, the dates, the amounts, and how the money left your hands. You don't need every document at this stage — a clear account of events is enough for us to open your case and give you an honest first assessment, free of charge.
Step 2 — Verify your account
Restitution can only be paid to the rightful victim, so every claimant completes financial verification. Upload a recent bank statement for the account where you wish to receive funds through the encrypted portal. Verification is typically reviewed within 1–3 business days, and the status is always visible on your dashboard.
Step 3 — Case review
Next, our case team verifies the financial side of your claim: bank statements, transfer receipts, or other records that document the loss. In parallel, your assigned specialist investigates the scheme, compiles a court-ready evidence pack, and coordinates with the banks, payment providers, and authorities involved.
If anything in your submission needs correcting, you'll see the exact reason in your portal and can re-upload documents immediately — no waiting on emails.
Step 4 — Restitution
Once your claim is approved and funds are secured, the balance appears in your dashboard and you can request disbursement. Every payout goes through a final human review before funds are released. You'll see the full history — dates, amounts, and references — in your account at all times.
What it costs
Filing a claim and the initial assessment are free. We work on a no win, no fee basis: a fee applies only to funds actually returned to you, and it is agreed in writing before your case proceeds. If we don't believe your claim is realistic, we will tell you so upfront.
